All profits are entirely transferred in favour of the "Saint Giuseppe" or "Domus Quietis" rest homes. The rooms are situated on two floors. Most of them are double rooms and all rooms have a view and recently renovated furnishings. There are five rooms with windows but without a view and have furnishings that are new but slightly plainer. All rooms include a shower or bathtub and telephone. In addition, Villa Helios will be the only structure on Capri starting in the year 2000 with five rooms equipped for the disabled. A television is made available to guests in the entrance hall. Rates include breakfast.Villa Helios was originally the villa of a Swiss noblewoman and benefactress, built at the beginning of the 20th century with a style that is unique among Capri's architecture. It was rebuilt several times during its lifetime. Managed in the past by the Order of the Rave Sisters of Saint Elisabeth, today is managed by "San Costanzo" Foundation which includes also the Parish of Saint Stephen and the order of the Sisters of the Holy Hearts. A small and charming chapel that is still functional and beautiful stained-glass windows of the era are found inside.
